In the Podcast Series, listen to a discussions between Dr. Frank Anderson, a professor at the University of Michigan School of Medicine, long time meditation and mindfulness teacher, and Lisa Barry, a long time radio personality and interviewer as they explore the very human struggles of exploring awareness

Each Podcast episode also has a guided meditation in the second part of the show. These meditations progress from mindfulness of the breath, to mindfulness of the body, thoughts, emotions and mindfulness of awareness itself. Some of the podcasts address the Corona virus Pandemic of 2020.
